Question strength vs tactics

Do you actually deal more damages if you put more on attribution points? or just for the skills only?
The reason I asked this because I've seen alot of people use strength for their attribution, but there's no good skills at all for strength. Does it act like the elementalist primary skill.... Energy? It'll increase their energy bar?
So since strenght is warrior's primary, will it increase warrior damages?

I add points to Tactics only to roll with a nice shield with high req's... not sure what good it is for other than that...same for strength (I don't play my W too much).

yeah, i dont see much skills that is good for strenght and tactics, i put good amount in my tactics just to equip the shield. Other that, it seems useless.

For every point you add into the Strength category, every attack of yours gains 1% armor penetration. Therefore, if you put 10 points into the strength category, you have 10% armor penentration with every attack. Strength is needed for a few skills, most importantly Sprint and Endure Pain as well as some attacks such as Power Attack. Tactics on the other hand, are used mainly for shields (strength shields are much rarer than tactics shields) and for stances. All stances and many shouts use tactics as an attribute. Therefore, if you have geared your warrior to be more offensive, bolstering the strength category would be advisable. If you want to concentrate on more defensive skills, I recommend supplementing the tactics category. Of course, you may choose to strike some sort of balance between the point distribution. Finally, I recommed that if you want to concentrate on using strength and offensive tactics, wield an axe or hammer. The sword, in my opinion, is a more defensive and tactical weapon; therefore I recommend using many tactics skills when wielding the sword, such as Riposte and Deadly Riposte.

For every point of strength you gain 1% armor penetration on your skills, This means that if you have 5 levels in strength your attack skills will ignore 5% of the enemy???s armor class whenever you use an attack skill. It is a very important factor in a warrior's damage output. Also, there are some very good skills in both strength and tactics, you just have to test them and find the right sitation to use each one in.

currently I'm using sword and shield (req tactics) and using fire magic. The only Tactics that i use the most is "Charge" or "healing sign" <~~~ i know alot of people threw this away but it comes really useful when noone heals you. and expecially my tactics is set at 10 attribute points, so i can heal myself to 170 health points.
Yes, it's hard to find a good strength shield. but maybe I should try use the axes or hammer today and see how it goes.
